Meditation Instructions, a small discourse, and Q&A are provided on Zoom every Tuesday night (8 PM Peru time, 9 PM USA/Canada EST, 6:30 AM Wednesday India/Sri Lanka). This is a bilingual session in both English and Spanish. Come join us, meditate a bit, learn something new about Buddhism, and have your questions answered. Every Saturday, we conduct a whole day Vipassana Meditation course from 9 AM to 4 PM. To participate in the Meditation Course, please send an email with full contact details. Please bring (a) a simple vegetarian meal to eat during the lunch break (no meat, fish, chicken, eggs); and (b) a meditation cushion.
